So this week I only lost a pound, but my shorts at the weekend had a bigger gap on the waist than usual so that’s definitely a good thing :) and I did 3hrs of cardio at the gym and 1.5hrs weights so I’m feeling fitter. So all together i’ve lost 5 pounds and Sunday weigh in’s are getting more exciting!
